These activities are essential for informed decision-making and successful implementation of digital initiatives within organizations because they evaluate an organization’s overall digital capabilities and readiness for digital transformation.
Feasibility studies are conducted in order to assess the feasibility and viability of implementing a digital solution on an SME or organization who is undergoing digital transformation or is considering of new technology initiatives. The aim is to determine whether a proposed solution or initiative is technically achievable and aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. These studies involve analyzing aspects such as technical requirements, resource availability, cost estimation, potential risks, market analysis, and regulatory considerations.
DMA is a process used to evaluate an organization’s current state of digital capabilities and readiness for digital transformation. It involves assessing various dimensions such as technology infrastructure, digital strategy, organizational culture, digital skills, customer experience, data analytics, and innovation capabilities. DMA is conducted using the EDIH methodology framework.
