End-to-end support in the performance testing of HVAC technologies and relevant instrumentation

The performance of HVAC technologies can be tested in the relevant premises, demonstrating a test bench allowing the preparation of water of controlled flow rate – temperature, as well as a full scale testing chamber for indoor thermal conditions and air quality, where the respective equipment can be fitted.

Description

Tests concern HVAC equipment (solar thermal collectors, heat pumps), indoor environment monitoring instrumentation, as well as controllers for energy systems and indoor environment. Through the tests, the performance of the relevant equipment will be identified, while proposing specific design hints for its improvement.
