Description
For navigation with the help of the portable device, the network of the building’s wifi devices is used. The algorithms we developed utilize the wifi signals received by the portable device to then calculate its position in space. The determination of the location of the use through the mobile application combined with the destination (halls, offices, WCs for disabled people, etc.) that can search for it, allows the system to calculate the route considering all the above necessary spatial and descriptive information managed by the central Geographic Information System. Thus, the route to be followed by the user is proposed to the user for the safe passage from the point at which the user is located to the destination.
